HV Content Loft - Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

By booking studio time or production services with HV Content Loft, you agree to these terms. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session or within agreed payment terms for corporate clients. Late payments may result in suspension of services and loss of future booking privileges.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 14+ days before session: Full refund of deposit

• 7–13 days before session: 50% refund of deposit

• Less than 7 days: No refund (one-time reschedule allowed based on availability)

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to emergencies, equipment failure, or facility issues. In such cases, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Studio Access & Usage

Studio access is granted only during your booked time. Arriving late does not extend your session unless additional time is available and paid for. Only individuals listed on your booking are permitted in the studio. Unauthorized guests may result in session termination without refund.

The studio is located on the second floor and accessible via stairs only—no elevator available.

4. Equipment & Facility Care

You are responsible for treating all equipment and studio property with care. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions will result in repair or replacement costs billed to you. Do not adjust lighting, move equipment, or modify setups without prior approval.

Food and beverages are allowed in designated areas only (green room, off-set seating). Keep all consumables away from cameras, audio equipment, and control stations.

5. Content Ownership & Liability

You retain full ownership of all content created during your session. HV Content Loft claims no rights to your footage unless otherwise agreed in a separate production contract.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal protections. This includes clearing music rights, obtaining talent releases, and complying with all applicable laws. HV Content Loft is not liable for any legal issues arising from your content.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on studio property:

• Creation of content promoting hate speech, violence, harassment, or illegal activity

• Smoking or vaping inside the building

• Use or possession of illegal substances

• Any activity that violates local, state, or federal law

Violation of these terms will result in immediate session termination without refund and permanent ban from the facility.

7. Overtime & Additional Fees

Sessions running beyond your booked time will be charged in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate for your package tier. We will provide a warning as you approach your end time, but it is your responsibility to manage your schedule.

Additional fees may apply for:

• Excessive cleanup required after your session

• Equipment damage or loss

• Unauthorized use of studio resources

8. Safety & Conduct

Do not block fire exits, tamper with safety equipment, or prop open doors. You are responsible for the conduct of all individuals in your party. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in session termination without refund.

HV Content Loft is not liable for injuries sustained during load-in, setup, or use of the facility. Use caution when transporting equipment via stairs.

9. Limitation of Liability

HV Content Loft is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal equipment or belongings

• Technical failures, power outages, or internet disruptions beyond our control

• Delays or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., streaming platforms, remote guests)

Our liability is limited to a refund of your session fee. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate sessions, or ban clients for:

• Violation of studio rules or terms

• Unsafe or illegal behavior

• Failure to pay outstanding balances

• Repeated policy violations

11. Changes to Terms

HV Content Loft reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

By booking with HV Content Loft, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
