Booking must be paid in full at time of booking
Minimum booking time is 48 hours in advance. For last minute-requests, please call/text and we’ll accommodate if possible.
A Certificate of Insurance is required to rent the space (If you don’t have insurance you can purchase a 3-day policy here.)

Please account for setup and breakdown within your booked hours
The studio must be cleaned and reset to the original state when you arrived, by the end of your session, otherwise a cleaning fee (starting at $50 ) will be billed at the owner’s discretion.
Bookings requests outside normal business hours must be made via direct contact.
A release of liability from HV Content Loft must be signed.
cancellation policy
You can change or cancel your studio reservation with no additional charge up to 72 hours before your reservation by contacting us at hello@hvcontentloft.com or by canceling from your confirmation email.
Rescheduling the same booking for a second time, after the first reschedule, will incur a $75 fee.
No rescheduling will be allowed after a third no-show for the same booking.
Cancellations will receive a credit valid for 6 months from the original reservation date. No refunds will be given.
studio rules
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted
Pets are not allowed without prior consent
Nudity is allowed, pornography is not
Food and drinks are only allowed in the upstairs lounge area
Rental times begin and ends promptly at the scheduled times, regardless of late arrivals or departures. Overtime will be charged in 15-minute increments at $15 per 15 minutes beyond the contracted end time.
Users must inform HV Content Loft staff at all times when they need something . If you’re not sure how to use a piece of gear, please ask. We are here to help.
Furniture may be moved and used for Production purposes, but must be returned to the original location found.
Rental gear is available based on a flat fee per item, per session. If the Renter is not knowledgeable in how to use rented gear, they are required to hire an in-house studio assistant ($25 per hour) or pay a $50 fee for a HV Content Loft coordinator to set up equipment and lights set up for the Renter.
