Our 1600 sq. foot studio was designed with content creation in mind. No matter what type of content you make - YouTube videos, livestreams, podcasts, photography or video - we have you covered with multiple sets, an assortment of furniture and props, and tons of professional equipment including camera, lenses, lighting, grip and more.The space is equipped with a variety of backdrops and seamless paper, a two-wall set dressed with minimalist furnishings, an 8’ wood veneer wall, hair and makeup station, viewing area for clients, high speed WiFi, and private bathroom.

Pricing and Booking
We aim to make creating at the HV Content loft as simple as possible.We have simplified our pricing to two options:
• Option #1 - $75/hr which includes all studio amenities and gear excluding cameras and lenses.
• Option#2 - $95/hr which includes everything including cameras and lensesBooking policy
• Please account for setup and breakdown within your booked hours
• The studio must be cleaned and reset to the original state when you arrived, by the end of your session, otherwise a cleaning fee (starting at $50 ) will be billed at the owner’s discretion.Booking Requirements
• A release of liability from HV Content Loft must be signed.
• Booking must be paid in full at time of booking
• Minimum booking time is 48 hours in advance. For last minute-requests, please call/text and we’ll accommodate if possible.Cancellations
• You can change or cancel your studio reservation with no additional charge up to 72 hours before your reservation by contacting us at [email protected]
